The release of "Gravedigger" from DMB comes from the third night of the Chicago Caravan in 2011, 7/10/11. That show opened with an epic 7 song run of One Sweet World, Bartender, Say Goodbye, The Best of What's Around, Captain, Shotgun and Warehouse. This song was previously available on the Live On Lakeside release.
